IRC Staff count notification?

I'm thinking it'd be nice if, once logging on to the staff IRC channel, McObot could give a count of the number of staff online. If there are no staff online or the number is too low for the staff to manage efficiently, it simply gives a recommendation to hop online.

There is currently the no staff online warning that shows every 5 minutes which kinda does this. And also says how long staff haven't been online for.

Another option could be having !list in the staff irc channel show staff online count as well as regular players.

Indeed, this already exists as Anna mentions above. Not that anyone pays any attention to it.
