AD System not displaying ads.

The Ad system is not displaying ads, and my credits are not counting down on the ad i have added credits to. AD #3 in my list. /ad list shows my ad with credits, and they never go down. indicating the ad system is not displaying ads. I expected the credits to deplete as time progresses. no ad was displayed.

have not seen ads on the server in a while. maybe im just missing them but seeems missing.
