heads dont get updated when changeing skin

a player "titangamer1216" was asking why his skinhead diddent "update" when he had changed his skin. i investigated the case and saw he was right. I have some pictures showing titangamer1216 skin under his old skinhead & showing that I have the head in my hands as well (inventory') and replacing the head, but still no update on the headskin.

Absolutely nothing to do with anything server-side. Your client is simply caching the old skin.

Moreover, our server also does cache old skins for the control panel display (although that has nothing to do with what you're reporting) - this is not a bug, this is a feature - skins are cached to avoid hamemring the minecraft skin server. All players have a link in their control panel to update their skin cache on our website. But as I mentioned, anything you see in-game has absolutely nothing to do with that - it's a minecraft client issue only.
