Restart voting

Is it possible to implement a voting system to restart the server? so if a mod does /restart in game or something, everyone has to click 'yes', before the server restarts? Just an idea we had ingame..

Server restarts are not, generally, performed by staff manually, and there is no direct /restart command available to moderators. Server memory leak monitoring is automated, and restarts are scheduled automatically by that system when they're necessary. They become necessary because of memory leaks in vanilla minecraft that are outside our control; without these restarts the server would run out of memory and grind to a complete halt. Therefore it's not a great idea to allow players to defer these automated restarts, since they would inevitably end up with an unresponsive server.
