Rail Travel Lags/Moves Very Slowly

When travelling in minecarts in the nether or normal world (end untested), you will move normally about 5 blocks, stop and wait about 1-2 seconds, then move again. This happens indefinitely whenever travelling by rail, making rail travel far slower than running/walking.

The minecraft minecart physics is nothing to do with our scripts.

Take this up with Mojang, as it's a vanilla client/server issue.
