mk59apr - lost ability to enchant on enchanting table

I cannot enchant items using the enchanting table. I can place the item on the table, when I clic on an enchantment, nothing happens. cheers, mk59apr

Very unlikely to be in any way related to scripts, but I'll wait for confirmation of the issue.

I was able to correct this issue on the MCO server, by having some amount of XP showing in the XP guage.

I did research this in single player and it is possible for me to enchant with an empty xp guage in singleplayer.
