Add "Confirm Email" and "Confirm Passoword" to /register.

Could possibly be in the form of /register (email) (password) Message: Please confirm your email and password with /register confirm (email) (password)

Too many times have I seen players accidentally use the wrong email or password and complain about it. IIRC the email expires after a while but I think to cut down on the amount of user error, this might be a good idea.

Possible New Command: /register confirm (email) (password)
