Remove "you are already at Spawn" - it serves no purpose

I cannot tell you how irritating it is when a noob gets stuck somewhere in spawn, says help, I say type /spawn, and they say it won't teleport them because they're already there.

This serves completely no purpose, especially for spawn, and effectively causes grief as these noobs no do legitimately have no other way out (they can't be expected to know any movement commands other than /spawn.
