/home (player) cooldown

If you type in /home (players name) and get the players name wrong you receive a 60 seconds cooldown. Whereas if you do /warp (warp name) and get it wrong you don't get a cool down and if you /tpto (name) and get it wrong you don't get a cooldown.

So I was wondering if this was something not noticed before or if it was intended.
