/hookshot OR Fishingrod Feature proposal

I had a thought for a feature that would be for fun and maybe pvp usage. /hookshot would be a command to fire a float from the fishing rod at a player or mob and when at max range, or reactivated, is auto reels and drags the player or mob towards you. this could also just be coded into the use of a fishing rod if there was no permissions so that anyone could do it.

Just a thought to throw out there...might be a laugh to have :)
