McObot sometimes stops accepting commands

It disregards !list and !healthyself commands; usually the first time this is noticed is with a !list request, which may be somehow breaking it.

No errors in the screen accompany this.

Maybe unrelated, maybe related: 6ceb558 fixed an encoding issue.

Subsequent to which all input from IRC is disregarded, and no response to !ping command etc. No IRC input appears in console.

Appears to have been resolved when 14mRh4X0r moved events to their proper event listeners rather than the catch all that was used previously

More likely when i made new visitor identification asynchronous
