McObot puts joins/nickchanges/parts/quits/kicks from the mco staff channel into ingame chat.

McObot puts all joins, nick changes, parts, quits and kicks from the staff channel into normal chat. (maybe this should be sent to only staff members or not at all).

I don't remember when this was resolved, but, I know this behavior has since changed
