whobrokethis is not displaying user groups correctly

running whobrokethis at spawn led to to the following http://i.imgur.com/03WIjMR.png, everything is working well but kiatarie was still listed as a mod for some reason, even though she is not part of that group anymore. She has a commented out entry in users.txt (for when she was a mod), so i'm assuming the script goes and finds the first instance of the player name. Maybe it should look for the presence of a hash tag to avoid such issues?
