Items people donate for (not kits) not appearing in inventory, hats not changing either

(I don't know if the hats one was fixed, that was a bug I was supposed to report the other day)

But no modified slots.

In both transactions I had enough inventory space for the transaction, confirmed when I donated originally.

I think this is a pretty big one, just wanted to give a heads up
