Donations go through although sum of GBP needed is not met

I donated for darkdiplomat at around 18:40-50 GMT +1. I only had 115.00 kr (swedish currency) in my pay pal account, and the stone kit requires 120.7 kr and donation still went through. In GBP this is £9.44 that was on my account but £10 was needed. I do not know if this is PayPal's issue, but I thought I'd make a issue just in case.

Nope, this isn't the case (just attempted to donate 1 GBP for god and it failed) it is probably that your PayPal is linked to a card and it took from that

Your attempt at manual conversion is incorrect. Paypal processed a £10GBP payment; you were charged that in GBP, not in kroner. The conversion was carried out at your end, by your own paypal account when processing the charge; the actual transfer occurs in GBP and is not fallible to this kind of attack.
