Players who change their name still have their old name above their heads.

When looking at a player who changed their username ingame (not in chat) they have their old name above their head, for example players will see "hellyarbm" as a player with a steve skin but will only find "SpeedSter" in /who or the tab list. Hitting hellyarbm will say "Player Started a fight SpeedSter".
