Map links from http://minecraftonline.com/cgi-bin/controlpanel?maps use links such as:

http://minecraftonline.com/map/#/-488/64/-872/-2/mcmapDay

Which just shows spawn, instead of:

http://minecraftonline.com/map/#/-488/64/-872/-2/0/0

Also made map links go to the correct dimension, instead of just the overworld.
