Allow staff to reset player's registration emails

On the control panel when a staff member is logged in and viewing another player's profile. If that player has a registration email sent but not completed, there could be an option for the staff member to reset the registration email.

So when players accidentally make a mistake in their /register email, they can ask for a staff member to reset it using the website control panel.
