Vote token count displays zero, though it is not zero, and page says I can vote today when I already have.

On the control panel 'Home' page, under the Vote Tokens subheading, it reports that I have zero vote tokens, which isn't true. It also says I can vote today when I already have, and it has already been picked up by chat on the server and in IRC.

Please fix!
