Skin cache not updating

when refreshing the skin cache on the control panel for my skin, it only updated the 64 sized head and not the others. At times it also ended up with a steve skin head.

I have also had this same problem. Just came here to report it. My infobox wiki head updates fine, but the inline text {{User|doublehelix457}} shows my old skin, as well as on the "Players online" feature.
