Players with "warning" or "info" in thiere name is "glitching" in controlpanel

If i look in Distase’s or Scarclaw72 Player Notes from Controlpanel i see some players eigher have a warning or an info note where the time is writtin. (Short: where it was ment to show if the player have a warning or an info note you see time of When the note is made and What was writtin in the note & that is leaving where you normaly read the note "blank").
