Allow players to reset their LWC protections from the control panel.

This would be useful for when say, a player changes their name, if they forget to reset their chests before doing it. This would help to avoid players having to bother admins to do it for the,m.

The underlying issue is that LWC should be UUID based rather than based on nickname changes. Therefore when a player changes thier name they keep all associated LWC protections.
