/BUTCHER should be updated to allow targeting specific mobs, as well as allowing the prefacing of "!" as an inverse, eg:

/BUTCHER Skeleton 40 to butcher all skeletons in 40 radius /BUTCHER !Pig 20 to butcher everything /but/ Pigs in 20 radius
