World edit needs block update

World edit needs to be updated for the use of 1.6, 1.7 and 1.8 blocks.

Currently the blocks cannot be used in any way except for White stained glass but the data values of it cannot be adjusted for the different colors. The current block list will neither copy nor paste blocks newer than 1.5.
