Unable to save profile

1) Click "Profile" in navigation 2) Select "Profile" option 3) Change telephone or first name (assume same for other fields) 4) Click "Update profile" See: "Email is already taken" and "Position field is required" Expect: Profile to be updated or not able to update profile (from user perspective)

Note: Also occurs even if nothing changes on the profile. Note:
