Former user created an issue 2017-09-22

I am not able to book anything at 8 am, If i click on 8 am slot 9 am slot is shown in Add New reservation page

8am and after 19:00 are admin only bookings. Need to update to tell user this

Added a warning if some tries to book these slots that is not an admin
