Admin: Delete user

1) Click "Admin" in navigation

2) Select "Show Users" option

3) Find "Matthew YatesTest" and try to delete

See: Page reloads, with user still there

Expect: User to be deleted. Possible a confirm popup to stop likely hood of misclick.

Note: Made a test user so that I can test PUT things (obviously it behaves differently from admin), but just auto completed account with hotmail email instead of yahoo. Ended up changing email to correct, but obviously login email tried to go to hotmail.

Matthew YatesTest and Matthew YatesTesty can be deleted if you fancy doing manually for now.
