Blackout not appearing correct colour

1) Make sure your a CFI user

2) Blackout a plane or instructor for day

3) As admin user, approve in "Manage Blackouts" or "Manage Pending List" (both seem the same at the moment, maybe feature in future)

See: Light grey colour for "Other reservations"

Expect: Dark blue colour for "Blacked out time"

Blackouts feature is not complete. The fact you can book them is a by-product of other features.
