Modify Booking - Date is set to random date

1) Go to dashboard

2) Click Modify on a booking (13-10-2017 in G-BPME)

3) Click "Update Reservation"

See: Error "The start time is in the past", Date set to "01-01-1970"

Expect: Reservation to update or not possible as booking is approved, and date not being wrong.

Added more reservations (20/10/2017) and now it seems to have this date rather than my actual one (13/10/17), but shows correctly on dashboard.

Managed to sort of recreate this. If you click on any schedule date and then go directly back to the dashboard and click on modify any booking it will show the date you clicked on in the schedule not the booking date. It seems like the session cookie is not clearing as it should.

This will be solve in a roll out for Issue#17 as the modal displays for booking will now use Ajax instead of php calls to update the data.
