Unable to add a new plane

1) Click "Admin" and select "Aeroplanes"

2) Click "Add Aeroplane"

3) Fill out the info, see attachment for data

4) Click "Create Aeroplane"

See: Red error saying something went wrong

Expect: Plane to be created

Unable to re-create. Assuming the problem was the failure to update DB schema as previous error.

Looks like it did create the plane, but just got an error view instead of it looking like I added it. Now working fine.
