Reservations "can only be two hours", and start time issue

I clicked on what I thought was the two hour slot, but apparently only clicked on the one hour highlighted. Would it be possible to make minimum two hour slots mandatory, so that I do not have to then make it so in the next form?

Similarly, it flagged up the start time as being invalid. Suggest only allowing valid start times can be clicked on.

From a physical disability point of view (affecting fingers, wrists, elbows and shoulders), the less clicking and moving of mouse/pointer around the better. If everything can be done using the keyboard i.e. through tabbing, this makes it much easier to navigate through.
