Issue #15 resolved

William "Amos" Confer created an issue 2016-02-27

The attached assembly file generates XINT0 manually by setting the XINT0 bit of the IFR after that interrupt is enabled and global interrupts are enabled.

After further testing, it seems only interrupts 32 -- 63 segfault.

Make loading the IVBT the same for the low and high 32 interrupts. Fixes ~~#15~~
