sorry, i can't find daily cvs snapshot of pcc-libs, so I can't maintain a git mirror for that. If you know its location, I'm more than happy to maintain an unofficial git repository here.

after asking on pcc-dev mailing list, I've found a sporadically-updated pcc-libs git mirror on github. https://github.com/idunham/pcc-libs
