FML whines about non-mod zips

These files should probably declare some kind of dummy mod so that FML doesn't complain:

2012-09-12 23:35:12 [SEVERE] [ForgeModLoader] FML has found a non-mod file NEI_BuildcraftPlugin 1.1.0.7.zip in your mods directory. It will now be injected into your classpath. This could severe stability issues, it should be removed if possible.

It is intended. I don't want add dummy mods because those plugins already listed in NEI description on mods page.
