Carpenter recipes cannot be shown with forestry 2.0.0.0

NEIPlugins doesn't support any of the Forestry machines' special recipes at all. Traditional crafting table recipes for creating the machines still work, because that's not handled by NEIPlugins.

It doesn't support the new version (2.0.0.0) just yet, but if it will update, the recipes, even the recipes from Carpenter etc., will be in NEI again.
