generator shows up and how to make it. the problem is i don't have the recipe for the battery. am i doing something wrong or is it the plugin?

ok ty very much. just seemed weird to me that the recipe is not in both. thank you for nei keep up the good work

It's IC2 config issue, if option to hide secret recipes is enabled, NEI don't show recipes for charged items.

You need to select the uncharged battery, not the charged battery to see the recipe.
