NEIPlugins crashing on load (FTB)

I've been getting this error when launching FTB. I'm playing the Magic_World modpack, and this only started happening after I updated FML, ChickenChunks, ChickenCore, EnderStorage, and NEI to their newest 1.4.7 compatible versions.

It seems like it's getting an error with FML, so I've tried reverting that to every single FML revision which is compatible with 1.4.7, but none of them worked. This is really frustrating.
