NEI not functioning properly with plugins?

In 1.5.1, using NEI 1.5.2.10. I have several mods installed, TConstruct, Buildcraft, MFR and Forestry being the ones relevant to NEI Plugins. For some reason, when I have the plugins installed, it cuts down my NEI pages to 16, and many items can't be found. Additionally, the search bar does not function at all.

I'm also play with NEI 1.5.2.10 and dont have issues with search bar. Also check your disabled subsets in NEI
