Typically you want to add a bit of background concerning what you were doing or trying to do when it happened. It helps Mistaqur and the other mod makers with debugging and can see the problem fixed much sooner. From the log, you're also using a lot of deprecated versions, and mismatched mod-minecraft versions (mod for 1.5.2, playing on 1.5.1) so you'll miss a lot of bugfixes and such due to incompatibilities.
