PCE Percentiles and Skewness

I am trying to perform PCE uncertainty propagation for Arrhenius equation for fire problems. I observe skewness in the output parameter. Hence once way to plot the output parameter is using percentile information. So far I don't see any possibility to compute percentiles in the bitbucket. Is it already implemented or in pipeline? What workaround would you suggest otherwise.
