I'm not able to reproduce it easily, like open filter editor, then click on OK. That was probably a once occurence and I've posted a stacktrace without spending much time on isolating the actual scenario.
The crash can be reproduced though if the filter editor is opened twice. This second-opening shouldn't happen in the first place. Modal dialog is a solution but I don't want to make an editor modal (I like to be able to scroll the main log while refining a filter).
