Embed revision metadata into snapshot builds

E.g. a hash of the revision from which the application was built. It can be shown in the title to help determine exact sources that were used for a particular build.

Fix #130: Embed revision info into build

Now revision info is shown in logs and in status bar. There is also an only source of the version info left - version property in the build.gradle
