Complete FFP scene renderer

This is done, it includes support for:

  • Shadow mapped objects
  • Diffuse, decal, and emitted textures
  • Transparent objects, with proper depth sorting
  • Proper depth sorting of triangles within transparent objects
  • Fog
  • Greater than max lights properly blended into the scene (untested in combination with transparent/SM'ed objects)
  • More than one shadow map (although untested)
