Moderation should be like tagging posts as moderated by individual moderator with its personal tags

Users should be able to either subscribe to moderators tags or Ignore them.

Examples: User can ignore all deletions by one moderator so he can see every post this moderator deleted. User can ignore all flame-deletions but not spam-deletions so he will see all the flames but not spam.
