Header Bidding
Header Bidding (also known as header auctions, parallel bidding, or header bidding) is a technique that involves running SSP & Ad Exchange code directly on page so publishers can receive bids on their inventory that may be unavailable through their primary ad server and exchange.
Madvertise Bidder Adapter
We provide an Madvertise bidder Adapter.
Enable Header Bidding
From Madvertise, you must enable Header Bidding for a specific placement.
Adding Ad Networks
- These Ad networks will run as backfill after direct campaigns, Header Bidding and Google Ad Exchange
- These Ad networks for direct campaigns and Google Ad Exchange. Useful in order to retrieve statistics
- Ad networks call with Prebid.js for Header Bidding

Smart AdServer (RTB+)
Insertion used for HB must:
- insertion type must contains RTB
- use sizeless format
- use RTB+ Default Banner template
criteo
criteo requires a specific account on https://premium.criteo.com/ validated by criteo team. Sizeless is not possible. Criteo team create a zoneid per size, see following sample :
rubicon
- You must all sizes for banner format in order to increase revenue.
You must see with rubicon contact in order to approve domain on rubicon side at the site level.
appnexus
- use sizeless format
- use self-audit option
You must create a ticket to appNexus on https://cportal-appnexus.force.com/help/ in order to audit domain on web mobile site.
