No Bios on Non-Advertiser Profiles or Listings

The body of text above the social icons is the business' bio. It should only be visible for those marked as featured vendors (advertisers).

Also, (not sure if you already fixed this with the bio problem) the custom image should not appear if they are not a featured vendor (on the listing or in their profile).

The vendor's description no longer shows unless the vendor is a Featured Vendor.
