Add support to Facebook's AppLinks opensource standard

Hi guys, days ago FB launched AppLinks.org open standard. This is the official documentation: http://applinks.org/documentation/

Can you please add this implementation to django-meta?

Hi,

We are no longer developing any of our Django code (not using it ourselves). Patches are welcome, though, and I'll release them when I have the time.

Also, if you would like to take over maintaining the code, feel free to fork the repository, and I'll transfer it to you (or anyone who wants it) on PyPI and redirect this repo to the fork.
