+  - avoid an infinite loop when using an AtomicFile in a read-only 
+    directory (#9081) 
+  - don't report client disconnects during writes as internal errors (#9103)
+  - don't reuse a closed cursor, which could happen in one specific case
+    for the pysqlite backend (#9104)
