Port to desktop/Laptop OS

It would be great to be able to use the MDS mobile lib on Windows/Mac/Linux systems as well as iOS and Android.

Mac might be a “free” feature depending on how Apple have coded their new hardware based on ARM prosesors.
According to Apple, iOS apps should run on Macs with the new chipset more or less out of the box.

Have you tested this or is it still too early?

Wrapping all the API calls in custom gatt services sounds lik an awefull lot of work to get this running on a desktop or laptop device if the code base is “easily” portable.
