Fix Android file storage

I had a look into the external file storage on Android issue and came up with https://bitbucket.org/bobobo1618/movesense-mobile-lib/commits/d15f86e976558e9cb763fdb02d3cc22defa7d738 which I think fixes it. At least it works on my device running Android 14.

I’d send a pull request but I don’t have permissions apparently.
